Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We currently do not offer complimentary shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to most nations across the globe for a flat rate.

Domestic and International shipping rates

Domestic shipping is calculated by weight and region. There is a flat rate of $30 USD for international shipments

Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments?

All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. These fees can be estimated and pre-paid during checkout to avoid clearance issues on import. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays. Should you need more information prior to purchase please contact us at info@madalma.com.

What if I refuse my order at delivery?

If an order is refused at delivery and returned to our warehouse, you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment. 

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at info@madalma.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Can I return a sale item?

all sale items are final, please check your measurements!

What is your return policy?

We understand sometimes things don't work out. At this time we will accept exchanges or store credit for full price unworn items. All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be exchanged for another size or item or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we do not cover return shipment costs at this time. Please be sure to check your measurements. Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you have any questions prior to purchasing, we are always happy to assist at info@madalma.com.

How do I process an exchange?

In the event you need to process an exchange, please email info@madalma.com.

What if I need to adjust or cancel my order prior to shipment?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust any details. Should you decide you would like to change your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your current order so that a new order can be placed. Please note once your item has shipped we will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email to the provided email address. Once your item is ready to ship, we will follow up with a shipping notification so that you may track your item.

Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update, so if you receive a notification but your item hasn’t begun tracking, please allow some time. If the tracking does not update within 24 hours, we are always available at info@madalma.com to assist. 

How do I know what the best size is for me?

We do our best to provide all size guides for each individual item, but in the event one is missing, we have our general size guide available. This is to serve as an overall guide to shop our site. Should you need more specific measurements, we are always available at info@madalma.com to provide prior to purchase.

What if I receive my order and it’s damaged?

We hope this does not happen to you, but in the event that it does, please send an email to us at info@madalma.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
